The Mercedes-Benz EQS range is quite impressive. According to World Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP), the Mercedes-Benz EQS will offer a range of 770 kilometers, or roughly 478 miles. It’s important to note that this range is only estimated, and the official numbers from Mercedes-Benz are not yet available. How Long Does Charging the Mercedes-Benz EQS Take?

Similar to other electric cars, the 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS charging time is dependent on the type of charger you use:

• If you’re using an AC public charging station the EQS can be fully charged in 11.25 hours.
• If you’re using a DC charging station, you can charge your EQS in just 31 minutes. Allowing you to add an additional 200 miles of charge in just 15 minutes.

Additionally, both Gilbert and Tempe drivers will be able to also take advantage of the Mercedes-Benz EQS interior features such as the Navigation with Electric Intelligence, allowing you to find nearby charging stations whether you’re near or far from home.

This model can use up to 90% of the public charging stations throughout the U.S., and up to 500,000 charging stations worldwide.

How Much Horsepower Does the Mercedes-Benz EQS Provide?

Although the EQS is an electric vehicle, it doesn’t ask you to sacrifice performance in the name of efficiency. Driving the EQS is an exhilarating experience thanks to these impressive specs:

• The EQS 450+ provides up to 329 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, with a 0 to 60 time of just 5.5 seconds.
• The EQS 580 4MATIC® provides up to 516 hp and 611 lb-ft of torque, with a 60 mph time of just 4.1 seconds.
